Compensation commensurate with experience Job Summary South Shore Abstract is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Title Production Assistant to join our growing team in West Sayville, NY. This position supports title insurance and real estate transactions through administrative assistance, data entry, customer service, and document management. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service to clients and industry partners. Prior experience in title insurance, escrow, or real estate transactions is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who possesses strong organizational, computer, and customer service skills. Responsibilities Enter and maintain accurate transactions and client information in company databases Assist with processing title insurance and real estate transaction documents Provide customer service support to clients, lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and other stakeholders Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally Order, review, and organize title-related documents and reports Scan, upload, file, and maintain digital and physical records Assist title officers and closing staff with daily administrative tasks Track transaction timelines and ensure documents are completed on schedule Prepare correspondence and other transaction-related materials Perform general office support duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Title insurance, escrow, or real estate experience recommended but not required Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and positive attitude Dependable, organized, and self-motivated Required Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong computer and internet navigation skills Ability to send, receive, and manage email communications effectively Experience working with office equipment, including scanners, printers, and copiers Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive client and transaction information Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of title insurance procedures and real estate transactions Experience with title software systems Familiarity with property records, legal descriptions, and settlement processes South Shore Abstract is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
