As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining production lines to ensure the efficient production of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times Assist with inventory management and report any shortages or issues Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools Strong attention to detail and quality Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for extended periods Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and problem-solving skills
