Job Description
Performance Health is seeking a Production Worker II to join our manufacturing team in Akron, OH. This position includes operating equipment to produce finished goods in a variety of our areas: Natural Rubber, TPE, Synthetic, Braiders, CLX, Dental/Framed Dam, HandEx, etc. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform and meet all necessary production standardsFollow all necessary processing specifications in the BOP (Basic Operating Procedure)Operate equipment machinery as instructedEnsure that safe working conditions and good housekeeping are maintained while meeting the 5S cleaning programPrepare product, label, assemble/package properly and prepare to shipPerforms other duties as assigned. Job QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred, not required2-4 years of experience working in a manufacturing environmentAbility to lift/move up to 25 poundsMachine operation experience preferredWorking knowledge of GMP and FDA guidelines preferred BenefitsOur benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.
This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $16.00 and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.
