Casting Experience Preferred - This role is performed in a high‑heat environment typical of metal casting operations. The duties of a Casting Associate include but are not limited to: Maintaining a safe and productive work environment Assembling or manufacturing units in a production environment Follow standard operating procedures and problem-solving safety, quality, cost and/ or delivery items

Requirements:

Must have at least 12 months of Manufacturing Experience in the past 5 years Casting Experience Preferred Understand verbal and written directions Ability to problem solve in a manufacturing environment Maintain 99% attendance Ensure quality throughout the production process Available to work overtime on weekdays/weekends as needed Ability to push-pull carts, perform repetitive lifting/actions, continuous bending

Pay:

Starting at $26.41 per hour plus shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift $1.10 per hour
