Ambiente de trabajo bilingüe. ¡Hablamos español! a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; }tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; }tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } The Production Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling components and sub-assemblies and supporting paint line operations for Haulotte Aerial Work Platforms, including Telescopic Boom Lifts, Articulating Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, and Trailer-Mounted Booms. This role ensures products are built safely, accurately, and finished to high-quality standards for durability and appearance. The operator will primarily work in Assembly and rotate to the Paint Line as needed. Assembly Functions Handle, position, and place components or sub-assemblies using appropriate tools and equipment (cranes, slings, hand and power tools) Assemble components according to established processes and work instructions Perform visual inspections to ensure compliance with specifications (assemblies, labeling, and design requirements) Verify proper assembly/disassembly (alignment, fit, operation, and retention) and correct minor deviations Maintain production tools in good working condition (wrenches, torque tools, screwdrivers, etc.) Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production documentation Communicate effectively with supervisors, team leads, and coworkers Assist in training new employees as needed Proactively identify and help resolve production issues Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or industrial painting preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions in English Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment Must be willing and able to learn multiple positions within the work cell, including paint line operations Basic PC skills and ability to use handheld scanners Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance Forklift experience preferred Must have reliable transportation
