Production Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise will help ensure that production processes run smoothly, meet quality standards, and adhere to safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while contributing to the creation of precision-engineered products. Responsibilities Packs or processes parts as required by work order. Cleans, sorts, weighs, and packages parts. Sets up and operates machines in accordance with training/ procedures. Follow all safety procedures. Follows and comprehends department work instructions. Maintains acceptable attendance. Show continuous and satisfactory progress in work responsibilities as determined by supervisor. Maintains required records. Displays flexibility in working according to company's needs (i.e., shifts, work areas, and work assignments) Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred; familiarity with machining processes is a plus. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to manufacturing processes are required. Minimum Job Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma, GED Equivalency or Equivalent Work Experience Specific Skills:

Ability to follow and comprehend work instructions. Basic reading and math skills.
