Where Your Skill Shines Surface Preparation:
Clean, sand, mask, and prep parts to ensure proper paint adhesion and finish quality
Mixing & Setup:
Accurately mix paints, coatings, and primers per specifications, including ratios, viscosity, and pot life requirements
Spray Application:
Apply coatings using spray guns or other equipment with consistent coverage, proper thickness, and minimal defects (runs, sags, orange peel, etc.)
Color & Finish Matching:
Verify color accuracy and finish quality against customer or internal standards
Curing & Drying:
Monitor drying/curing times and conditions to ensure proper coating performance
Inspection:
Visually inspect painted parts for defects, rework as needed, and ensure conformance to work instructions
Documentation:
Record batch numbers, lot traceability, and inspection results as required
Equipment Care:
Clean and maintain spray equipment, lines, and paint booths to ensure optimal performance and prevent contamination
Efficiency:
Manage material usage to minimize waste while maintaining high-quality output
Flexibility:
Support multiple paint processes, colors, and part types as production demands shift
Experience:
Paint application experience preferred (industrial, automotive, or similar environment a plus)
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, or coating specifications (preferred) Basic math skills (mixing ratios, measurements) Good communication (written & verbal) Manual dexterity and steady hand for precision work Basic computer skills (preferred) Bring your attention to detail and craftsmanship to Technifab!
