Full Job Description Classification:

Production Machine Reports to:

Production Supervisor Objective:

The purpose of this position is to run production machines while providing a product that meets or exceeds Wright Tool quality standards

Essential Functions:

• Monitor and ensure safety requirements are met and sustained
• Follow instructions from supervisor on daily tasks
• Perform quality checks and first piece inspections
• Load and unload parts from the machines
• Perform set-ups and tooling changes
• Maintain tooling in the machines as well as store used tooling appropriately
• Communicate issues with supervision
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor/management Education and Training
• High School Diploma or GED Minimum Qualifications
• Working knowledge of shop procedures
• Ability to read and understand job travelers
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and utilize measuring devices and gages
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Environmental Conditions
• Shop floor environment Behavioral Traits
