Mecca Talent is hiring motivated Manufacturing Associates for opportunities with a growing precision manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build a career in manufacturing but may not have previous CNC machining or quality inspection experience. Our client is willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work history, reliability, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Candidates may be trained into areas including CNC Machine Operation, Quality Inspection, Precision Measurement, and other manufacturing operations. If you're dependable, comfortable working with your hands, and interested in learning a skilled manufacturing trade, we want to talk with you. What You May Be Doing Depending on your skills, interests, and training, responsibilities may include: Operating CNC and other manufacturing equipment. Loading and unloading parts and materials. Following work orders, routers, and basic production instructions. Inspecting manufactured parts for quality and accuracy. Learning to read basic blueprints and manufacturing specifications. Learning to use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges . Performing visual and dimensional inspections of finished products. Recording production and quality information. Identifying parts that may not meet quality specifications. Cleaning and properly handling precision-manufactured components. Monitoring machines and reporting production or equipment concerns. Performing basic machine adjustments after proper training. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Working with experienced operators, technicians, and quality personnel to learn new skills. Supporting production, quality, and continuous improvement efforts. No CNC Background? That's Okay. While previous manufacturing, CNC, machining, or quality experience is certainly a plus, it is not required for every opening. We are especially interested in candidates who have: A solid and dependable work history . Good attendance and reliability. A willingness to learn and take direction. Strong attention to detail. Basic mechanical ability or comfort working with tools and equipment. Basic math and reading skills. The ability to follow written and verbal instructions. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, machine operation, construction, automotive, maintenance, or other hands-on environments can be helpful, but we encourage candidates from other backgrounds to apply as well. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow safety, quality, and production procedures. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required .
