Operator Location:

$21-$26/hr depending on experience 2nd

Shift:

Typically 3:30 PM-11:00

PM Training:

1st Shift, 6:00 AM-2:30

PM Shift Differential:

Additional $1/hr once moved to 2nd shift Crown Staffing is hiring an experienced Operator for a manufacturing and printing facility in Blue Ash.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery Set up and run jobs according to specifications Maintain quality and production standards Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly machine maintenance Keep the production floor clean and organized Complete daily production records and required checklists Follow safety, quality, and company procedures Communicate job issues with team members and other shifts Assist with training new and temporary employees Work overtime and weekends as needed

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience operating folding machines in a commercial printing environment High school diploma/GED Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills; Pace experience is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to fold paper from 65# cover to 120# cover Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods Ability to push/pull loaded pallet jacks and rolling carts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and 75 lbs. occasionally Apply with Crown Staffing today!
