Full-time We are hiring dependable and motivated individuals for full-time Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate positions in Brunswick, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined candidates who enjoy hands-on work and want to build a career in manufacturing. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train candidates who have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn . Responsibilities Assist with the assembly, production, and packaging of manufactured products Operate basic production machinery after completing training Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Load and unload parts, materials, and finished products Inspect completed parts for quality, accuracy, and defects Follow work instructions, production procedures, and safety requirements Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet daily production and quality expectations Work closely with supervisors and other production team members Qualifications Mechanically inclined with an interest in learning how equipment operates Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to follow instructions and work safely Strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift materials as required Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or machine operation experience is a plus Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply
