IB-TECH is looking for a motivated Stamping Support Technician to join our 2nd shift team. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting equipment, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills while helping keep production running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Monitor stamping equipment and production processes Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and repairs Assist with emergency repairs on stamping and assembly dies Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Track finished products, empty totes, and skids Complete daily production documentation Support maintenance, production, and continuous improvement activities Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles Assist with production needs across departments as required Follow all safety, quality, and environmental standards Operate cranes and tow motors (training provided) What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to recognize quality issues before they become problems Dependable team player with a positive, can-do attitude Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Willingness to work overtime as needed Why Join IB-TECH?
