What You'll Do:

As a Production Team Member, you'll play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly by: Operating and monitoring injection molding equipment (500-1500T) Starting and stopping machines as needed Loading and unloading parts from machines, carts, and dollies Assisting with equipment changeovers and workflow setup Using inspection and gauging tools to ensure product quality Marking and identifying parts accurately Recording production data Following specifications and quality standards Performing basic preventive maintenance Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Working closely with your team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For:
