Production Associate - Graphite Manufacturing Chardon, OH 1st

Shift:

7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Starting Pay:

$17.00/hourInova Staffing is currently hiring for a Production Associate for one of our valued clients in Chardon, Ohio. This company specializes in manufacturing custom graphite products, including graphite ropes, heat seals, pressure seals, and other specialty components used across various industries.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team that produces high-quality, custom products.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate small press machines to cut, layer, and roll graphite sheetsAssemble and produce custom graphite componentsWork in different stages of the production processFollow detailed instructions to create new and unique parts dailyMaintain a clean and safe work environmentMeet production and quality standardsBecause the products are custom-made, you will rarely be doing the exact same task every day. Team members are cross-trained in all areas of production, allowing you to build a well-rounded skill set and gain experience in multiple operations.

Growth Opportunity:

After 90 days, employees are evaluated for advancement within production. There is opportunity to move into:

Production Level 1Production Level 2Production Level 3Each advancement level comes with increased responsibility and a pay raise based on attendance, performance, and overall production quality.
