Temporary - Approximately 3 Months with Potential for Permanent Hire We are hiring a Machine Operator to join a busy steel fabrication and sheet metal shop in Cincinnati! This is a great opportunity for someone with machine operating experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to read a tape measure.

What You'll Do:

Operate CNC equipment to fabricate and form flat sheet metal, including turret punches and shears. Fabricate aluminum extruded shapes using CNC and non-CNC equipment. Operate mills, drills, saws, and hand tools. Read and accurately use a tape measure to verify dimensions. Follow production specifications and maintain quality standards. Perform basic equipment adjustments and troubleshooting. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures.

Requirements:

Machine operating experience Strong ability to read a tape measure Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Manufacturing experience preferred Steel fabrication or sheet metal experience is a plus Comfortable working with hand tools and industrial equipment Reliable and dependable Positive attitude and willingness to work
