Must be available as needed Hired Full Time After 3 months! We are hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in West Salem, OH. This is a hands-on production position supporting the manufacturing of exterior building products, including vinyl window and siding components. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for dependable candidates who are comfortable with physical work and willing to learn. What You'll Do Operate production equipment and hand tools Support the vinyl extrusion and manufacturing process Inspect finished products for quality Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment Measure materials accurately using a tape measure Move and handle production materials Maintain a clean and safe work area Cross-train in different production areas as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure Comfortable using basic hand tools such as snips and chisels Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
