Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-4:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring dependable Production Operators for a full-time manufacturing position in Killbuck, OH. This hands-on role involves rubber manufacturing, operating equipment, and maintaining product quality. Manufacturing experience is preferred, but training is available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Assist with rubber mixing and manufacturing processes Follow production instructions and safety procedures Handle raw materials and inspect batches for quality Complete production and quality paperwork Perform equipment cleanup and basic maintenance Maintain a clean, organized work area Support production goals and work as part of a team Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Basic reading, writing, and math skills Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Comfortable working in a dusty environment with varying temperatures Willingness to work overtime as needed Reliable attendance and commitment to safety
