1st Shift | Monday-Saturday Position Overview We are hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Killbuck, Ohio. This role supports end-of-line production by inspecting, organizing, stacking, and preparing finished products for packaging and shipment. Responsibilities Monitor finished products at the end of the production line. Inspect products for quality and defects. Organize, stack, and move finished materials. Assist with packaging and shipment preparation. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow safety guidelines and production procedures. Perform other general production duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move materials as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
