Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates. Strong reading comprehension and basic math skills. Basic computer skills required. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Job Duties Load cardboard cores and raw materials onto extrusion machinery. Assist the Shift Supervisor with daily production activities. Complete quality control checks and maintain accurate production records. Package finished products according to customer requirements. Monitor production lines and alert supervisors to equipment or product issues. Assist with machine and line adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Perform additional duties as assigned. Physical Capabilities Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the shift. Frequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds. Regularly lift and move up to 75 pounds. Occasionally lift more than 75 pounds. Work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels.
