Job Description

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a CDL A/B Driver / Equipment Operator to support industrial cleaning and environmental projects for energy and petrochemical clients. Based from our Houston-area operations, you will safely operate manual-transmission CDL trucks with tanker configurations and run industrial vacuum and related equipment at customer sites. Responsibilities include safe driving, equipment setup and operation, inspections, basic maintenance, and field labor in demanding conditions. We offer comprehensive safety training, advancement opportunities, and exposure to major industrial facilities. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL A/B vehicles with manual transmission and tanker configurations to and from job sites. Set up, operate, and shut down industrial cleaning and vacuum equipment per procedures. Inspect vehicles and equipment, completing required pre- and post-trip documentation. Follow all DOT, company, and site-specific safety rules and PPE requirements. Assist crew with hose rigging, confined space support, and general field labor as needed. Communicate with supervisors and clients regarding job status and site conditions. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and basic maintenance of assigned truck and equipment. Accurately complete logs, manifests, and other regulatory paperwork. Participate in safety meetings, drills, and ongoing training programs. Travel and work extended or irregular hours in varying weather and industrial conditions.
