Key Responsibilities Perform assigned duties to support the production of high-quality ceramic products. Prioritize safety and compliance on the floor at all times. Maintain regular, reliable attendance in accordance with the attendance policy. Communicate regularly with leadership regarding production statuses or delays. Accurately update information on forms and in computer systems. Keep work areas and the factory floor clean and free from hazardous materials. Job Requirements Willing and able to work in a manufacturing environment that can be hot, humid, dusty, and noisy. Strict adherence to safe work practices, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk extensively, and access all areas of the facility. Must be a contribution-minded team player. Preferred Skills & Experience (Not Required) Two (2) or more years of manufacturing experience Experience with press or extrusion processes. High School Diploma or GED.

Compensation / Pay

Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $22.00
