Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting various aspects of the production process within a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in manufacturing settings, possess mechanical aptitude, and be comfortable operating hand and power tools. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in assembly, equipment operation, and warehouse procedures while contributing to the efficient production of quality products. Duties Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure smooth production flow Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, maintenance, and minor repairs Assist with the setup and changeover of equipment as needed Load, unload, and organize materials within the warehouse or manufacturing floor Conduct quality inspections to verify product standards are met Support forklift operation (training provided if necessary) for moving materials around the facility Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines Skills Prior experience in manufacturing or factory settings is preferred Mechanical knowledge related to assembly line equipment and tools Ability to operate forklifts (training available) and use hand tools effectively Familiarity with warehouse procedures and inventory management is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Physical stamina for standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts This position is essential for maintaining efficient production operations within our manufacturing facility.
