Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. Assembly experience. Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Dependable work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Job Duties:

Assemble, crimp, press, and install product components. Operate assembly and production equipment, including presses, grinders, and stamping machines. Inspect, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. Rotate between workstations to support production demands. Follow standard operating procedures, 5S practices, and safety guidelines. Help maintain production quality, efficiency, and on-time manufacturing goals. What You Will Do As a Manufacturing Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
