This role involves a combination of machine operation and hands-on assembly work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable working with precision tools and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Perform assembly of components and finished products Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges Perform soldering tasks as required Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Identify and report defects or production issues Qualifications Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or assembly experience preferred Experience using micrometers, calipers, and gauges Soldering experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good attendance and reliability
