Type:

full-time The Production Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for guiding and supporting warehouse team members to ensure daily operations are completed safely, efficiently, and accurately. This role supports productivity and operational consistency by reinforcing quality standards, coordinating workflow, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, organization, and the ability to proactively address operational challenges while supporting team development and performance.

Pay:

$27.75/hr+

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3

PM Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support warehouse team members in completing daily tasks efficiently and accurately. Train new employees on standard operating procedures, operational expectations, and safety protocols within the department. Audit team performance and communicate deficiencies, quality concerns, or process issues to the supervisor. Identify and address safety hazards and operational challenges in a proactive and timely manner. Oversee material movement, organization, and storage while maintaining clean, safe, and efficient work areas. Verify incoming freight by comparing packing slips to received materials to ensure accuracy. Support daily warehouse operations and complete additional duties as assigned to maintain workflow and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Two or more years of experience in warehousing or production. Ability to use an RF scanner. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Certification to operate required warehouse equipment, including propane and electric forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks, reach lifts, and side swing lifts (Drexel) required.
