General Description:

Set up, operate, and maintain extrusion lines to produce thermoplastic products, including entangled net, wall, and concrete products.

Essential Job Functions:

Set up, operate, and adjust extrusion equipment for quality output. Troubleshoot and maintain extrusion line equipment. Change dies, conveyor belts, and machine settings per production needs. Load fabrics, align zip strip tape, and thread materials through rollers. Measure and examine products to ensure they meet specifications. Replace worn dies and make necessary machine adjustments. Wind extruded products into rolls of specified lengths/weights. Operate hopper and weigh feeder loader machines. Perform product testing using scales, calipers, and other devices. Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods produced. Follow work instructions to minimize scrap production.

Requirements:
