Job Description

What You'll Do:
Catch shirts off the press and inspect for quality Stack, count, and organize finished garments Stage jobs for production (shirts, inks, paperwork) Clean and Strip Screens, Coat and Burn Screens Assist with loading/unloading garments Help keep production area clean and efficient
What We're Looking For:
Reliable and punctual (non-negotiable) Able to stand for long periods and move quickly Detail-oriented (catching misprints matters!) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team player Basic screen printing knowledge — we will train the right person.
Ideal For:
Someone who likes hands-on work Fast learners who enjoy a team environment Entry-level candidates looking to grow into production roles
Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
