Distribution Center Operations Supervisor Requirements 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience. Previous experience leading and coaching frontline teams. Knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and RF technology. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. High school diploma required; additional education is a plus. Distribution Center Operations Supervisor Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations and assign team priorities. Coach, train, and develop associates for success. Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy. Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Drive continuous process improvements and operational performance.
