Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associate, in the Forest Park, OH area to join our production team. The Manufacturing Associate will perform a variety of manufacturing, assembly, material handling, and production duties while following company safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Assemble, inspect, package, and prepare products for shipment. Operate basic manufacturing equipment and hand tools. Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Measure and inspect parts using basic measuring tools when required. Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Identify defective materials or products and report issues to supervisors. Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records. Meet established production and quality goals. Assist other departments and team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move materials as required.
