Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated Production Workers to join our manufacturing team on both 1st and 2nd shifts. In this vital role, you will be an integral part of the production process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. Duties Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, including power tools and forklifts when certified. Interpret production documents, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly and quality control. Measure components using precision measuring instruments to meet specifications. Assemble products manually or with mechanical tools, adhering strictly to safety standards and process guidelines. Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process, identifying defects or deviations from specifications. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and material movement within the factory or warehouse setting. Support process improvement initiatives by suggesting efficiencies and maintaining compliance with lean manufacturing principles. Qualifications Prior factory experience or manufacturing facility experience preferred; familiarity with assembly line processes is a plus. Ability to interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and work instructions clearly. Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Valid forklift certification is advantageous; candidates without certification will be trained if interested. Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including safety protocol adherence and heavy lifting safety practices. Experience managing production or assembly teams is a plus but not required; a collaborative attitude is essential.
