Fremont, OHPay:
$21.01-$25.42/hour + $0.50/hour night shift premium
Schedule:
12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule (days or nights) | Day shift: 6:55 a.m.-7:10 p.m. | Night shift: 6:55 p.m.-7:10 a.m. Start or grow your manufacturing career with Amcor as a Thermoforming Assistant. You'll work alongside experienced machine operators, support daily production, and learn the equipment and processes used to create high-quality packaging. What You'll Do Assist machine operators with equipment setup, operation, and monitoring
Load raw materials and help keep production running smoothly
Inspect finished products for quality
Support machine changeovers, roll splices, and minor adjustments
Complete production documentation and report equipment or quality issues
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
Follow safety, GMP, food-safety, and operating procedures
Build hands-on skills that can support continued growth in machine operation
What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
Ability to follow work instructions and production schedules
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Reliable attendance and ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and work in a hot, fast-paced environment
