Job Title:
Production Worker - Night Shift ($17.50/hr.) Job Description Join a dynamic team as a Production Worker on the night shift. You will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production line. We are looking for an individual to start as soon as possible after interview / touring. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Apply Today! Work Schedule - 7:00pm-7:00am. Will work a rotating schedule - Ex. 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off. Opportunity to go up to $21.00/hr. after 6 months
  • Responsibilities Load parts into boxes and fill skids.
Use a pallet jack to move skids. Collaborate with a team including a Technical Operator and Technician. Adhere to safety rules and wear personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and hearing protection. Lift up to 30 pounds intermittently over a 12-hour shift. Engage in tasks that involve walking and standing for most of the shift. Pull production racks and gather samples of seals for inspection. Visually inspect and manage plastic seals in production boxes. Transfer full bags of plastic parts to shipping cartons and label them appropriately. Move full pallets to the shipping area and wrap them after inspection. Restock supplies for the next shift, including mesh bags, boxes, plastic bags, and pallets. Maintain cleanliness by picking up plastic parts from the floor and cleaning equipment as needed. Organize and clean the work area, ensuring it meets cleanliness standards. Empty garbage cans and maintain a tidy work environment. Essential Skills Previous manufacturing experience. Ability to lift 30 pounds. Capability to stand for a 12-hour shift. High school diploma or GED. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with pallet jacks. Packaging or visual inspection experience. Why Work Here?
