Pay Rate:

$20 - $22 per hour Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Laborer to join our team in Gnadenhutten, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for feeding product into machinery, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth production flow. Key Responsibilities Feed product into machinery accurately and safely. Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals. Stack finished products neatly and securely. Wrap finished products to prepare them for shipment or storage. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as a production worker preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
