As a Production Worker, you'll operate machinery, handle materials, inspect foam siding products, and keep production lines running smoothly. All of our Production Worker positions are 90‑day temp‑to‑hire.

Pay:

$20/hr — Strong starting pay with opportunities for overtime. Weekly Pay — Reliable income every week to keep budgeting simple and stress‑free. 1st & 3rd Shift Available — Monday-Friday schedules with 7:00 AM-3:30 PM and 10:30 PM-7:00 AM options. Requirements Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (team lift) Basic math and measurement skills Ability to read and follow work instructions Willingness to rotate workstations and departments

Production Worker Duties:

Inspect products for quality defects and ensure all specifications are met Perform assembly, packaging, and box‑making tasks Move siding and materials between production areas Lift, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs , typically with a 2‑person team Read, write, and accurately interpret rulers and specification sheets Rotate between multiple workstations (3-4 per shift) Stand, walk, grip, and perform repetitive tasks for 8-10 hour shifts Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work collaboratively in a team‑based, fast‑paced environment Follow all safety and production procedures Remain coachable and willing to be cross‑trained in other departments Complete end‑of‑shift cleanup and workstation organization Whether you're experienced or looking to learn something new, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for!!
