What You'll Do As a Production Operator, you'll help manufacture quality automotive components while working in a safe, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate automated production equipment to manufacture automotive components.
• Load materials into production equipment.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality.
• Use measuring devices such as calipers and gauges to verify specifications.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Operate additional production equipment as needed, with opportunities for additional compensation. What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in producing quality work. Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or inspection experience is helpful but not required .
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
