What You'll Do As a Production Operator, you'll help manufacture quality automotive components while working in a safe, team-focused environment.Responsibilities include:
- Operate automated production equipment to manufacture automotive components.
- Load materials into production equipment.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality.
- Use measuring devices such as calipers and gauges to verify specifications.
- Package finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Operate additional production equipment as needed, with opportunities for additional compensation. What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in producing quality work. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or inspection experience is helpful but not required .
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
