Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancement and adhering to manufacturing management best practices. Knowledge of quality standards in production and the ability to perform quality assurance checks effectively. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and record keeping related to manufacturing processes. Excellent communication skills for managing production or assembly teams and collaborating across departments. Commitment to safety standards in production, sanitation practices, and managing food safety protocols diligently.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
