1st Place Spiritwear the nation's fastest growing spirit wear company is currently looking for a print production specialist to assist with printing everything from tee shirts, sweatshirts, and quarter zips to baseball caps and polos We can promise you

have a boring day here! This position is a great entry-level spot for someone who wants to get into marketing, print, installation, or graphic design and grow with a company. This is also a great spot for anyone retired looking for something to keep you busy and have a lot of fun in the process!
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general direction, performs a variety of technical and support services involving printing, production operations and installation of projects. This individual is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our new print room and completing all internal and external print requests. Training will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate, facilitate, and monitor printing and production services Review print requests and ensure they meet standard print guidelines Operate printing production equipment as needed Inspect and verify that completed projects meet quality standards Maintain inventory of paper, bindery supplies, toner, and other consumables Perform other duties as needed either in the printing department or assisting other staff members. (We are a team and we believe in cross- training so that we can all help where and when needed!)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Willingness to learn new technologies and how to operate both large and small format printers Organizational skills Quick to learn new technology Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
EXTRA POINTS
IF... Prior print shop experience in large and/or small format print Basic knowledge of various papers and printing materials

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
