Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Level 1 Production Operators to join our team in Ironton, OH. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build experience in a production environment while working a consistent schedule. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and committed to maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production equipment in a safe and efficient manner Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Perform basic machine setup and adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Schedule & Pay:

2-2-3 rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on) 12-hour shifts 1st

Shift:

5:45 AM - 6:00 PM 3rd

Shift:

5:45 PM - 6:00 AM $15.00 per hour

Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Strong attention to detail and work ethic Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
