Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus. Willingness to learn production processes, quality standards, and equipment operation. Experience Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, assembly, production, food processing, or warehouse environments preferred. Ability to monitor multiple processes simultaneously while maintaining quality and production standards. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience operating production equipment, packaging machinery, or automated systems is beneficial. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for up to 12-hour shifts. Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to lift, move, and load cardboard, packaging materials, and finished products as required. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and work around moving production equipment. Must comply with all safety policies and required personal protective equipment (PPE). Job Duties Monitor end-of-line production operations to ensure products meet quality standards. Verify bottles are properly filled, capped, labeled, and fitted with lids and spouts before packaging. Operate and maintain box-making and packaging equipment to support production requirements. Load cardboard and packaging materials into machinery and perform basic equipment adjustments as needed. Palletize finished products and prepare shipments for storage or distribution. Conduct quality inspections and identify defects or production issues. Perform minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production flow. Monitor multiple areas of the production line simultaneously while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
