General Production Worker Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers at our manufacturing facility. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for producing high-quality tire repair products across four distinct groups: Packaging, Pinning, Press, and Mill. Responsibilities Pack finished products into boxes in a repetitive manner. Use a microscope to insert small pins into products, requiring precision and repetition. Press patch parts to create the final product. Assist with equipment operation in the rubber production process. Essential Skills Previous manufacturing experience is required. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with machine operation is a plus. Assembly skills, particularly under a microscope, are advantageous. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
