JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking candidates to handle general labor and compounding/mixing duties. Responsibilities will include moving raw materials, weighing ingredients, and overseeing rubber compounding and production. Prior rubber production experience preferred but not required. Heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs, may be required at times. Great opportunity for long term employment, temp-to-hire assignment!

STARTING PAY

$16.50 Per Hour, Paid Weekly! 1

ST SHIFT:

5:00 AM to 3:00 PM / MON - THU (10 Hour Shifts) (4 Day Work Week)

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must have previous work history in Manufacturing / Factory Work
• Review, prepare, and understand product specifications for each compound and production number Operators need to check for contaminants such as wood or paper while weighing and cutting rubber. Must be able to lift 50 lbs Steel toe boots

OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background screening
