Responsibilities Support the efficient operation of production machinery to maximize output. Execute quality control inspections to ensure every item meets strict specifications. Manage the packaging and labeling process to prepare finished goods for distribution. Perform preventative equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure reliability. Maintain a pristine, organized workspace to foster an efficient production flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve daily production targets. Uphold rigorous safety standards to protect yourself and your teammates. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated ability to perform in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Strong attention to detail with a focus on process accuracy. Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset. Proven experience with product packaging and binding techniques. Preferred Skills Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and equipment care. A proactive attitude toward learning new technical skills and processes.
