Killbuck, OH Pay:
$18.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00

Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking Rubber Mill Room Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Killbuck, Ohio. In this role, you will operate rubber mill equipment, prepare rubber compounds, and support the production process while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing with a consistent first-shift schedule. Responsibilities Operate rubber mill room equipment safely and efficiently Mix and prepare rubber compounds according to production specifications Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process Complete production documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and standard operating practices Assist with additional production tasks as needed Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred; training available for motivated candidates Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Comfortable working in a warm, dusty manufacturing environment Basic reading, math, and measuring skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Willingness to work overtime as needed Why Join Us?
