We provide full training for motivated individuals who work well in a team environment. Position Overview We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented team members to support our production operations. The ideal candidate is safety‑minded, eager to learn, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role requires flexibility, including the ability to work overtime as needed to support operational demands.

Work schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a 60‑minute lunch break. Primary Responsibilities Produce laminated parts according to detailed specifications, on schedule, and with minimal scrap. Work safely and effectively at all assigned workstations and machines, with a clear understanding of each process. Read, understand, and accurately follow all work documents, including Work Methods and Pre‑Operation Inspections. Learn and use our internal digital inventory control system. Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as warehouse duties, shipping, packing, sorting, and inventory counting. Communicate clearly, follow instructions promptly, and work collaboratively with the team. Lift and carry materials and boxes up to 40 pounds. Follow and uphold all Quality Management System requirements to ensure proper part handling and storage. Daily Duties Follow all safety rules and maintain awareness of personal and team safety. Adhere to the production schedule to ensure parts are completed accurately and on time. Perform pre‑production steps and required inspections. Conduct daily safety and operational checks on machinery and related equipment. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards. Measure all first‑run parts to confirm they meet specifications. Verify the quality of all parts prior to preparing them for shipment. Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail, accuracy in part counts, and commitment to quality. Basic understanding of machine operation and safety procedures. Ability to perform basic math for part calculations and verification. Works carefully and efficiently. Motivated worker who can spot problems and report them promptly. Willingness to learn how to use measuring tools such as digital calipers. Positive, team‑oriented attitude; able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Forklift experience is a plus.
