Position Overview We are looking for reliable team members who pay attention to detail and want to learn. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment and may include overtime when needed. Safety and teamwork are very important.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (60-minute unpaid lunch break) Responsibilities Operate machines safely Read and follow job instructions and inspection steps Use the inventory system Help with warehouse tasks, packing, shipping, sorting, and counting inventory Communicate clearly and work well with the team Daily Tasks Follow all safety rules Stay on schedule and meet production goals Set up jobs and complete inspections before starting Check machines daily for safety and performance Keep your work area clean and organized Measure first pieces to ensure quality Check all parts before shipping Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail Basic understanding of machine safety Ability to do simple math Work efficiently and carefully Identify and report problems quickly Willing to learn tools like calipers Positive attitude and teamwork skills Able to work independently Able to lift up to 40 lbs Additional Information Benefits begin after a 90-day probation period.
