Truss Builder Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $18.00 to $19.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Sunday through Wednesday from 06:00am to 05:30pm) Assemble roof and floor trusses according to blueprints and production specifications using lumber, metal plates, and assembly equipment. Operate hand and pneumatic tools such as staple guns, hammers, and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards, measurements, and specifications are met. Move, position, lift, carry, and secure lumber and completed components throughout the production process. Maintain a safe, organized work area while collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Truss Builder Qualifications:

Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy lumber and truss components throughout a 10.75-hour shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced production environment. Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with extreme hot and cold temperatures while maintaining productivity and safety.
