Job Title:
General Production Worker Job Description Join our team to assemble custom window frames from start to finish. You'll use measurement tools to ensure precision, perform quality checks, and operate various hand and power tools. This role involves utilizing material handling equipment to move windows weighing over 50lbs and conducting final inspections before shipment. You will also assist with other general labor tasks as needed. Responsibilities Assemble custom window frames from start to finish. Utilize tape measure and other measurement tools to ensure parts are measured to specification. Perform quality checks on all completed windows. Operate table saws, trim saws, vertical/horizontal sanders, air nailers, and other hand and power tools. Move windows over 50lbs using carts and material handling equipment. Conduct final quality checks on windows before shipment preparation. Assist with other general labor tasks as required. Essential Skills At least one year of production or manufacturing experience. Ability to read a tape measure. Experience with hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with assembly processes and blueprint reading. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift 50+lbs throughout the shift. Attention to detail and a quality mindset. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and perform tasks while bending or seated. Willingness to collaborate with team members. Flexibility to work overtime and additional hours as needed.
