Production Associate

Overview Champion Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support the manufacturing of rubber and vinyl matting products. This role involves hands-on production work, use of equipment, and maintaining quality standards to meet customer specifications. Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely to move materials within the manufacturing facility and warehouse Assist in the manufacturing of rubber and vinyl matting products Support the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of machinery and equipment Operate computer-controlled equipment to cut custom rubber and vinyl parts Use hand tools such as razor knives, tape measures, and T-Squares Cut, glue, assemble, clean, and package mats according to order specifications Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow efficiency Assist in inventory management by stocking raw materials and finished goods accurately Skills Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly processes Experience operating forklifts, warehouse equipment, and power tools Ability to use hand tools effectively for assembly and maintenance tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures Embark on a rewarding career journey with us where your skills contribute directly to innovative manufacturing solutions. Pay:
