Adecco is seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to support manufacturing operations in Marion, Ohio. In this role, you will contribute to the production of high-quality materials by operating equipment, following standardized processes, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• + Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to established procedures + Measure, mix, and monitor materials to ensure quality and consistency of production + Package finished products and prepare them for shipment + Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet Sika standards + Maintain accurate production records and documentation + Follow all safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and materials + Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with 5S standards + Assist with line setup, changeovers, and general production support + Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals •Minimum Qualifications•+ At least •6 months of previous manufacturing or production experience required•+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality + Basic math and reading skills + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic •

Pay Details:

• $18.
