Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is currently hiring full-time Production Support staff and Inspectors for our client in Marysville, OH. We offer both full-time and weekend shifts.

• A Shift: 6:00 AM
• 2:30 PM (Monday-Friday or Friday-Sunday)
• B Shift: 4:30 PM
• 1:00 AM (Monday-Friday or Friday-Sunday)

Inspector Shifts:

• A Shift: 5:40 AM
• 3:30 PM (Monday-Friday, with overtime until 4:15 PM)
• B Shift: 3:45 PM
• 2:15 AM (Monday-Friday, with overtime until 3:00 AM)

Tugger Shifts:

• A Shift: 5:45 AM
• 2:30 PM
• B Shift: 4:00 PM
• 1:00

AM Pay Rates:

• A Shift (Full-Time): $17.50
• 18.00/hr
• B Shift (Full-Time): $17.75
• $19.00/hr
• A Shift (Weekend): $19.50/hr
• B Shift (Weekend): $21.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive new automobiles through repair and shipping processes.
• Apply protective shipping wrap and grounding strips.
• Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations.
• Assemble, sort, inspect, package, and perform visual/manual inspections of parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances to leadership.
• Accurately record inspection results using company systems and tools.
• Maintain productivity, consistent attendance, and a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for up to 12 hours on concrete floors.
• Capability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Strong hand-eye coordination for repetitive fine motor tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
